With the Pirchkogel Mountain to one side and the Mieming Range on the other, you will be able to truly unwind here in the heart of the countryside. In our holiday apartments in Obsteig you will finally discover that long-sought after sense of peace and restoration!
The summer months offer just as wonderful an experience as the winter. With a myriad of options to keep you entertained, beautiful hiking paths and biking routes offer as many invigorating days out as the nearby winter ski resorts and cross-county trails (near the hotel). Local sightseeing spots such as Imst, Telfs, Seefeld and even the city of Innsbruck can be reached by car in just a few minutes and make a perfect day trip.
The Alpenperle is the ideal holiday destination for bikers and is ideal for various bike tours in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Just a few minutes away on foot you can find three pubs, a Spar market, the local church and a bus stop that will take you from Obsteig to many other locations in the area.

Holiday Apartments in Tirol’s Mieming Plateau
In furnishing our holiday apartments sustainability was a very important factor. Natural and hypoallergenic materials, real wood floors and the Sembella sleep system will make your holidays in the Alpenperle in Obsteig a sheer delight. The modern design of our hotel and the high-quality furnishings will heighten your enjoyment of the cosy and quiet holiday time that you will spend in our apartments, heated by heat pump technology.
The kitchens in our apartments are completely kitted out and include an integrated seating area for those enjoyable hours that you will spend relaxing at home. In the Alpenperle you will also have laundry facilities and each apartment has an ironing station and iron.
The 80 m² Sunflower Apartment is located on the ground floor, has its own entrance and sleeps up to 4 people. Both rooms are decorated with wood and natural materials and have box spring beds, spacious wardrobes as well as a writing desk and satellite TV. The adjoining bathroom sparkles with its large bathtub with shower attachment and separate toilet area and wash basin. The other includes a rainfall shower, toilet, wash basin and hair dryer.
A 28m² living and dining area is the heart of the apartment with its fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine and microwave as well as an integrated dining area. Here you will also find a filter coffee machine including coffee, a Nespresso machine complete with capsules, tea-making facilities, condiments, salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. In the living area there is also a large satellite TV. A separate dressing area as well as an ironing station with iron are also included.
From the 73 m² private terrace with its small lawn area you can also enjoy the incredible and unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains.
In the 50 m² alpine rose Apartment can sleep up to 2 to 3 people.
The bedroom has a large double bed, a comfortable seating area where the couch can also be used as a spare bed, a satellite TV, safe, wardrobe area and very beautiful bathing area with a large rainfall shower.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a double hob, microwave with grill function, fridge and washing machine. You will also find a filter coffee machine, tea-making equipment, a Nespresso machine with capsules, condiments, salt, sugar, vinegar and oil.
In the very comfortably furnished living and sleeping area you will also find a large satellite TV.
A large covered terrace with small lawn area and fabulous views of the surrounding mountains complete this incredible offer.

The "Cyclamen" Double Room has a floor space of 25 m², is located on the first floor and can accommodate two to three people. For the third person, a comfortable sofa bed is available.
This room is well-equipped with a large double bed, a cosy seating area, which can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed, a satellite TV, a safe, a wardrobe and a very pleasant bathroom area with a large rain shower.
When booking this room, an extra wardrobe is available on the ground floor.
Guests are also able to use the washing machine, dryer and ironing station. There is no final cleaning charge for the "Cyclamen" Double Room.

All prices are per day. The local tax of currently € 2.00 per person / day will be charged separately.
Children up to 15 years of age do not pay local tax.
When a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the Austrian hotel contract terms of 23rd September 1981 apply as agreed.
Only written cancellations are valid.
Up to 1 month before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees.
For cancellations from 1 month before the day of arrival we charge 70 % of the total price.
For a fixed reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total price to be sent to our account.
